Jason Odell Design is a Los Angeles–based design practice focused on the reimagining and restoration of residential architecture.

The work is defined by a careful consideration of proportion, material, and the way spaces are experienced throughout the day. Each project begins with the existing structure — understanding what should be preserved, what should be refined, and where new architectural language can be introduced.

The studio’s work spans modern transformations, historic restorations, and ground-up redesigns, with a focus on creating homes that feel cohesive, intentional, and enduring.

Projects have been featured in publications including Sunset Magazine, Atomic Ranch, and Domino, highlighting a range of work from modern A-frames to historic Tudor restorations.

In addition to design, Jason Odell is actively involved in the acquisition, development, and sale of residential properties, bringing a comprehensive understanding of both design and real estate to each project.
